- To lead and manage all structural works for the railway station redevelopment project, ensuring the execution of building and structural components (RCC, steel structures, and architectural interfaces) as per design intent, specifications, and project timelines.
- Lead end-to-end structural construction activities for the station building, concourse, platforms, subways, FOBs, and other ancillary structures.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, GFCs, and construction details; provide timely inputs for discrepancies or clarifications.
- Ensure implementation of correct construction methodology, sequence, and quality standards for all structural works (RCC, steel, composite).
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure adherence to schedule and cost targets.
- Coordinate with Planning, Architecture, MEP, and Finishing teams for design and construction interfaces.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with IS codes, IRC, and relevant railway standards.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing MIS reports, DPRs, and progress presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structures, including station buildings, concourses, and multi-level facilities.
