- To lead and oversee all structural construction activities related to bridges, ROBs, station buildings, and allied civil structures in a composite railway project.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor structural works in line with the overall project timeline.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing are done as per design standards and approved methodology.
- Liaise with client, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and progress reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, codes, and project specifications (IRC, IRS, IS codes).
- Strong knowledge of bridge engineering, concrete technology, and structural detailing.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple site teams efficiently.
