Key Responsibilities:
1. Tendering & Estimation
-
Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids for infrastructure projects (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.).

Evaluate tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs to identify key commercial risks and opportunities.
-
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and finance teams for accurate cost estimation and pricing strategies.
-
Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
2. Contract & Commercial Management
-
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and sub-contract agreements ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

Interpret contractual terms and conditions, and advise project teams on their obligations and rights.

Manage claims, variations, change orders, and dispute resolutions effectively.
-
Ensure contract closure and documentation as per company policies.
3. Procurement & Vendor Management
-
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and cost objectives.
-
Evaluate vendor proposals technically and commercially, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and OEMs to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Cost Control & MIS Reporting

Track project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.

Prepare techno-commercial reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations.
-
Support audits and financial reviews with accurate documentation and data.
5. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate closely with design, project execution, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management for commercial negotiations and approvals.

Represent the company in client meetings and external discussions as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of EPC contracting, FIDIC terms, and project costing.

Proficiency in tender evaluation, estimation software, and contract management tools.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Sound understanding of technical specifications, construction methodologies, and project lifecycles.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Attention to detail with a strategic, result-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
-
MBA / PGDM in Finance, Operations, or Project Management (preferred).
