Job Title: Mining Manager – Highway Project - Jharkhand

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering with Second-Class Mines Manager Certificate (DGMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute mining and crushing operations as per project production targets.

• Ensure statutory compliance with DGMS, environmental, and local authority regulations.

• Supervise drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and crushing activities.

• Monitor resource utilization—manpower, machinery, and fuel consumption.

• Maintain safety standards and conduct regular inspections and safety meetings.

• Coordinate with project, plant, and logistics teams for material supply and dispatch.

• Prepare and submit daily and monthly production and compliance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of mining operations, DGMS rules, and blasting techniques.

• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
