- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver all building and platform-related works
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved GFC drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions
- Monitor progress against baseline and target schedules and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to IR / RDSO / Railway standards, IS codes, and approved quality plans
- Enforce site safety practices, work permits, and compliance with railway safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth execution
- Optimize resource utilization to control cost overruns and wastage
- Lead and mentor Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen
