| SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE | ||||
| Purpose of Role | To lead and oversee the execution of railway structural works such as bridges, ROBs, RUBs, platforms, station buildings, retaining structures, and culverts, ensuring timely delivery with focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency in compliance with railway standards and client requirements. | |||

| Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) | 8 + years of experience in a similar role in Railway project. | |||
| Qualification | B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering M.Tech in Structural Engineering (optional) |

| Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | Certificate in Bridge Design & Construction, Railway Structures QA/QC, or Construction Management, Safety certification in construction (e.g., IOSH/OSHA) preferred. | |||
| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Strong understanding of railway-specific structural elements, IRC & IRS codes, and RDSO guidelines, Proficiency in reading GADs, reinforcement detailing, and structural working drawings, Expertise in high-strength concrete works, segmental construction, and heavy launching systems, Competence in bar bending schedules, shuttering & scaffolding systems. | |||
