KRA’s

  • Prepare project-wise equipment deployment plans based on execution schedules.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of machinery.
  • Align equipment selection with project requirements (earthwork, piling, etc.).
  • Manage deployment of excavators, dozers, graders, and compactors.
  • Monitor productivity (cum/day), fuel efficiency, and idle time.
  • Ensure quality of compaction and grading as per specifications.
  • Ensure availability and performance of piling rigs and accessories.
  • Monitor depth, verticality, and cycle time.
  • Manage fleet (tippers, transit mixers, pavers, rollers).
  • Optimize cycle time and minimize turnaround delays.
  • Ensure proper laying techniques and temperature control.
  • Plan and supervise milling activities as per project requirements.
  • Ensure proper depth control and surface preparation.
  • Coordinate heavy lifting equipment and launching girders.
  • Ensure safety protocols and alignment accuracy.
  • Supervise erection sequencing and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee crusher plant operations for aggregate production.
  • Monitor output (TPH), quality, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental norms.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Reduce equipment downtime and improve availability.
  • Manage breakdowns with quick turnaround strategies.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts, and maintenance cost.
  • Optimize equipment utilization and reduce idle hours.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and benchmarking.
  • Manage hired equipment and vendor performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards during operations.
  • Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks.
  • Lead P&M engineers, operators, and technicians.
  • Ensure skill development and training programs.
  • Drive accountability and performance management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Track KPIs: utilization, availability, breakdown %, productivity.
  • Present insights to management for decision-making.
