SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To oversee the financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for multiple projects from our Regional Office. This leadership role is critical for ensuring financial discipline, accurate project accounting, statutory compliance, and providing actionable financial insights to regional and corporate management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA/CMA with substantial experience in infrastructure project accounting, capable of leading a team and implementing robust financial controls.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 12-15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 8-10 years in the infrastructure/construction/EPC sector.
Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounts.
CA-Inter/ MBA / PGDM in Accounts will be preferred.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Certification in SAP FICO/Project Systems (PS) Module or Oracle Financials
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) for IT controls in financial systems
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Certification in SAP FICO with PS (Project Systems) module
Configuration of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) elements, Results Analysis and Revenue Recognition setup, Project settlement and capitalization processes, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) for projects

Financial Management Oversee all aspects of project accounting for multiple projects, including revenue recognition (percentage of completion method), cost allocation, and profitability analysis using SAP PS/EC-PCA modules.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements using advanced ERP reporting tools and automated consolidation systems.
Implement and monitor automated reconciliation tools for bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for real-time project financial tracking.
Coordinate API integrations between project management software (Primavera, MS Project) and financial systems
