SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To support site-level liaison activities by coordinating with local authorities, submitting statutory documents, and tracking approvals to ensure compliance and enable uninterrupted project execution in alignment with legal and administrative requirements.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 10+ years in Public Administration related works.
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration / Political Science / Law / Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Certificate courses in Government Procedures, RTI Act, or Liaison Management (preferred).
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Familiarity with basic regulatory procedures and administrative workflows, Experience with field coordination involving government offices and public utilities, Skills in documentation, correspondence drafting, and follow-up tracking, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with approval trackers or MIS is desirable.

SECTION IV: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Assist in implementing site-level liaison plans in coordination with senior team members, Identify and flag potential administrative issues that may affect project timelines, Maintain updated contact lists of relevant local officials and support staff for continuity. 25%
Financial Management Maintain proper documentation of expenses related to site approvals, NOCs, and liaison tasks, Assist in preparing expense records and vouchers for submission and clearance, Ensure cost-effective and compliant execution of public administration-related tasks. 25%
Operational Submit applications and follow-ups for site-level clearances (e.g., land use, pollution, utilities), Coordinate with local offices like Municipality, Pollution Board, and Tehsildar’s office for timely actions, Maintain accurate records of approvals, inspection reports, and related correspondence, Regularly update MIS formats and trackers related to statutory approvals and liaison activities. 40%
People Management Provide administrative support for resolving local-level project hindrances and disputes, Act as the first point of contact for site teams requiring assistance with external administrative coordination. 10%
