| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Familiarity with basic regulatory procedures and administrative workflows, Experience with field coordination involving government offices and public utilities, Skills in documentation, correspondence drafting, and follow-up tracking, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with approval trackers or MIS is desirable. | |||
