| SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE | ||||
| Purpose of Role | To support and execute HR and administrative functions at the project site, ensuring compliance with company policies, timely processing of employee-related services, and smooth management of site-related infrastructure, logistics, and statutory matters. The role ensures workforce welfare, adherence to labor laws, and efficient site administration. | |||
| SECTION III: JOB REQUIREMENTS | ||||
| Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) | 1 to 5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably at construction/project sites | |||
| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (mandatory) MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (preferred) |

| Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | Certification in Labor Law Compliance / Industrial Relations, First Aid or Safety Training (preferred for site conditions). | |||
| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Knowledge of labor laws and site HR documentation, Familiarity with HRIS or attendance systems, Basic understanding of payroll inputs and statutory benefits, Strong coordination and communication skills, Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Ability to handle conflict and resolve employee concerns on ground, Good record-keeping and document management skills. | |||
