Follow up with sub – contractors/PRWs for updating the employment records, statutory registers and documents on a consistent basis, related to statutory certifications.
Coordinating with sub-contractors/PRWs and ensuring that the ID card is provided for all new labours on time.
Ensure submission of Form A, Form B, Form C and Form D by 15th of every month.
Ensure to issue employment card, wages slip, service certificate etc. in time.
Ensure to collect muster roll and other records from sub-contractors every month before finalization of their RA Bills and preparation of wages sheet of PRWs and Sub-contractors.
Periodically inspection of First Aid Centre, Ambulance, workers habitat, canteen with Safety Representative and provide inspection report to fulfil compliances under BOCW Act.
