Keep updated on all Statutory Registers and Records like the Employment of Workmen Register, Muster Roll, Wages Register, Loan/Advance/Fine/Overtime Register, Wages Slip etc.

Display of Labour Licence, Registration, Notice Board and an Abstracts etc.

Keep all records i.e. licenses/registrations/EC Policy, correspondences related to PF, ESIC, Inspection/Show cause Notice in a proper manner for future requirements

Ensure HR clearances of RA Bills in time by verifying documents.

Ensure to hold/release amount from sub – contractors should be as per the IOCs issued in this regard.

Follow up with sub – contractors/PRWs for updating the employment records of workmen engaged by them by collecting PF Form -11 along with KYC, PF Registration details, Muster roll etc.

Coordinating with sub-contractors/PRWs and ensuring that the ID card is provided for all new labours on time.

Ensure submission of Form A, Form B, Form C and Form D by 15th of every month.

Ensure submission of Bonus Paid Statement by 15th of every month.

Ensure to issue employment card, wages slip, service certificate etc. in time.

Ensure to collect muster roll from sub - contractors either through Daily Labour Report or monthly submission based on billing cycle of project.

Preparation of wages sheets based on received muster roll and arrange signatures of workmen after coordination with authorized representative of sub – contractors.

Ensure submission of sub – contractor details, hold/release details, Court cases, Fatal and Disability Cases, annual return summary by 15th of every month.

Closure of compliances on team lease in time by uploading relevant documents.

Periodically inspection of First Aid Centre, Ambulance, workers habitat, canteen with Safety Representative and provide inspection report to fulfil compliances under BOCW Act.
