We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior P-Way Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining permanent way (P-Way) works at our Dhule -Nardana Railway Project.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and execution of P-Way works, including track laying, ballasting, and maintenance.
2. Assessment of P-Way materials as per approved ESP/ and others project drawings.
3. Plan and laying of track mechanically/manually.
4. Experience in yard re-modeling/NI/CRS work.
5. Flash butt welding/AT welding.
6. Unloading of EUR rake/TRR/TSR.
7. Destressing track.
8. Laying turnout/SEJ and derailing switch.
9. Fixing of curve/LWR/turnout board, etc.
10. Fixing of check rail on level crossings and guard rail on bridges.
11. Machine packing and profiling tracks.
12. Submission of RFI and preparing billing data.
13. Ensure compliance with railway safety standards and regulations.
14. Supervise and coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders.
15. Conduct inspections and surveys to identify and rectify track defects.
16. Prepare and submit DPR, plans, and other documents as required.
17. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 08 years of experience in P-Way engineering

- Knowledge of railway infrastructure and P-Way systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
