Role Purpose:

To ensure effective operation, monitoring, and coordination of solar plant performance through SCADA systems and close liaison with site teams for maximizing plant uptime and generation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring of solar plant performance through SCADA.

• Tracking generation, PR, CUF, inverter performance, and alarms.

• Immediate analysis and escalation of faults, breakdowns, and underperformance.

• Coordination with site O&M teams for timely fault rectification.

• Daily generation reporting, MIS preparation, and performance analysis.

• Monitoring grid availability, inverter downtime, and equipment health.

• Ensuring adherence to O&M schedules and preventive maintenance plans.

• Data analysis for performance improvement and loss reduction.

• Maintaining records of incidents, breakdowns, and corrective actions.

• Coordination with DISCOM / SLDC for grid issues and shutdown planning.

• Support in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for major failures.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
