SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE | ||||
Purpose of Role | To lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resource and Administrative functions at the project site in alignment with corporate HR policies and site execution requirements. The role ensures timely manpower deployment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and efficient site administration to support smooth project execution. | |||

Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Preferably in Human Resources, Commerce, or Law) MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management (preferred) |

Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | Certificate in Labour Law / Industrial Relations / Contract Labour Management, Certification in HR Operations, SAP HR / HRMS tools (preferred) | |||
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws – CLRA, ID Act, Factories Act, etc, Hands-on experience in statutory compliance documentation and contractor management, Administrative planning (accommodation, utilities, canteen, etc.), Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, payroll coordination, Familiarity with safety, security, and welfare requirements at remote sites. | |||
