2. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

Monitor maintenance of equipment such as:

Transit Mixers

Concrete Pumps

DG Sets
-
Compressors
-
Tippers and heavy vehicles

Maintain machine health records and maintenance history.

Ensure minimum downtime and improved equipment utilization.
3. Manpower Management
-
Supervise mechanics, technicians, welders, electricians, and helpers in the workshop.

Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
-
Ensure productivity and discipline of workshop manpower.
4. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
-
Monitor spare parts availability and consumption.
-
Coordinate with the procurement department for spare parts and consumables.
-
Maintain proper inventory control and stock records.
-
Avoid equipment downtime due to spare shortages.
5. Cost Control & Budget Management
-
Monitor repair and maintenance costs.

Implement cost optimization in workshop operations.

Track fuel consumption, spare parts usage, and maintenance expenses.
6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure workshop safety standards and compliance.
-
Implement EHS policies and safety procedures.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.

Maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of:

Maintenance schedules

Submit monthly equipment performance and maintenance reports to management.
8. Coordination with Projects

Coordinate with project teams for equipment requirements.
