Job Description:
We are looking for HR Post Graduate Interns (Full Time) / Management Trainee in an HR
L&D profile.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
1. Training Coordination & Support
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs (online &
offline).
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and feedback data.
• Support in trainer communication, logistics, and post-session analysis.
• Vendor empanelment & SAP support.
2. Content Development
• Create visually engaging learning materials, presentations, and communication
mailers.
• Assist in developing digital learning modules and interactive content (Storyline /
Rise / Canva / PPT).
• Support the design of newsletters, posters, and infographics for learning
campaigns.
3. Learning Data & Reporting
• Track training participation and effectiveness through surveys and reports.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS for L&D activities.
• NATS data submission to government portal & tracking trainees.
4. Internal Communication & Engagement
• Contribute to internal learning campaigns & initiatives.
• Support in organizing learning events, competitions, or townhalls etc
5. Research & Innovation
• Explore new learning tools, trends, and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Benchmark best practices from the industry for employee development.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
• Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel & PPT.
