Key Responsibilities
Medical & First Aid

Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or ill workers at the construction site.

Maintain first aid room / medical station at the project site.

Monitor workers for heat stress, dehydration, fatigue, and occupational health issues.

Conduct basic health checks (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) when required.

Arrange hospital referral or ambulance in case of serious injuries.
Emergency Response
-
Participate in emergency response and rescue operations.
-
Assist during site accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies.

Maintain readiness of emergency medical equipment and supplies.
Health Monitoring

Maintain medical records of employees and workers.
-
Monitor workers exposed to dust, heat, noise, and hazardous conditions.

Support health surveillance programs.
EHS Support
-
Assist the EHS team in health awareness programs.
-
Conduct toolbox talks on health topics such as hydration, hygiene, and first aid.
-
Participate in site safety inspections and audits related to worker health.
-
Promote hygiene and sanitation practices in worker camps and site facilities.
Documentation
-
Maintain first aid treatment register and incident reports.
-
Keep records of medicine inventory and usage.
-
Report medical cases to the EHS Manager.
Required Qualifications

Diploma / Certificate in General Nursing (GNM / ANM or equivalent).

Valid nursing registration (if applicable).

First Aid & CPR certification preferred.
Experience
-
2–5 years experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project sites preferred.

Experience in occupational health or site clinic management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency medical response.

Basic understanding of construction site hazards.

Good record keeping and reporting skills.

Ability to work in remote project locations.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
