Purpose of Role | To ensure sound contractual governance and risk mitigation for railway infrastructure projects at site by managing the full lifecycle of client and subcontractor contracts. The role focuses on compliance, cost optimization through claims and variations, timely billing, and protecting the organization’s commercial interests. | |||

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, Ensure timely and accurate client billing and revenue recognition as per contract milestones, Quantify, document, and submit claims for variations, extra items, and delay damages. | 25% | ||
Operational | Review, interpret, and implement contract conditions. Managing contract amendments, changes, and extensions. Drafting of SOC/SOD/Rejoinder for dispute matters. Interface with clients, consultants, and legal teams to resolve issues. Prepare periodic MIS reports on contracts and commercial matters. Ensuring contracts comply with legal and company policies. Drafting Contractual Correspondence. | 40% | ||
