1.Budget preparation and costing
2. Preparation of catch-up plan by 26th of each month, (Considering Milestones & shortfalls of previous month) with optimum resources and minimum possible cost.
3. Conducting and participating in internal and external meetings (Authority / Management / Lender Engineers)
4. Responsible for overall project costing, performance and productivity monitoring.
