| SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE | ||||
| Purpose of Role | To support the Planning & QS Head in executing day-to-day planning, quantity estimation, billing, and reporting activities at the project site. The role focuses on ensuring accurate measurement, timely billing, resource tracking, and adherence to project timelines and cost controls for highway infrastructure works. | |||
| SECTION III: JOB REQUIREMENTS | ||||
| Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) | 4+ years of experience in similar role preferably at Higway project. | |||
| Qualification | Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering | |||
| Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | MS Project / Primavera (basic proficiency), Certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management – desirable, Training on IRC/MoRTH specifications – preferred for highways. | |||
| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced), AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, Familiarity with IRC/MoRTH standards for highway measurement & billing, Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications, Good understanding of project billing processes and reconciliation, Basic knowledge of planning software (MS Project / Primavera). | |||
