Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees at site.

• Assist the Medical Officer during medical examinations and treatments.

• Maintain medical records, OPD register, and health reports of employees.

• Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications.

• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with nearby hospitals when required.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the medical room.

• Manage and maintain stock of medicines, first aid kits, and medical equipment.

• Support pre-employment, periodic, and fitness medical check-ups.

• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and statutory requirements.

• Assist HR in health awareness programs and safety initiatives.
