Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and deployment of plant & machinery as per project requirements.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of equipment at site.
• Coordinate for mobilization and demobilization of machinery.

• Supervise operation of construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, cranes, batching plants, and tippers.
• Monitor equipment productivity and utilization.
• Support execution teams in achieving daily targets.

• Ensure preventive and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate for breakdown repairs and minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.

• Monitor fuel consumption and identify deviations.
• Control misuse and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Track spare parts usage and maintenance cost.

• Coordinate with vendors for hired equipment.
• Verify equipment condition, documentation, and billing.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance.

• Ensure safe operation of all plant & machinery.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Comply with statutory requirements and company policies.

• Prepare daily equipment utilization and productivity reports.
• Maintain MIS related to breakdown, fuel consumption, and deployment.
• Update logs and records for audits and reviews.
