Job Title: Chief Safety Manager

Project Type: Building / Urban Infrastructure
Experience: 10–18 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance across urban infrastructure and building projects

• Conduct induction and safety orientation programs

• Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system

• Manage safety for work at height, excavation, tunnelling, and cut & cover activities

• Oversee traffic diversion and control at site

• Maintain safety records and conduct audits

• Drive hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention

• Lead safety team and promote safety culture

Minimum Qualifications

• ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety with 5+ years experience
  OR

• Degree in Engineering/Science + relevant safety experience
  OR

• Diploma in Industrial Safety with 8–10 years experience
  OR

• Diploma in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety with 10–12 years experience

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices

• PTW system and high-risk activity management

• Training, audit, and team leadership skills
