The Graduate Trainee will assist in maintaining, developing, and improving the company’s IT systems and digital infrastructure. The role offers structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to core IT operations — including networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation projects — within an industrial and engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations including user support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

• Assist in managing network infrastructure, servers, and connectivity across project sites and corporate offices.

• Participate in system upgrades, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions for engineering and field teams.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement data protection and system security measures.

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives such as ERP systems, IoT integration, and cloud-based solutions.

• Support data management, analytics, and reporting activities for decision-making.

• Document technical procedures, user guides, and support manuals.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and rotational assignments to understand IT’s role in infrastructure management.

• Continuously learn and apply new technologies relevant to infrastructure operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or industrial attachments are advantageous).

• Strong understanding of computer networks, databases, operating systems, and cloud computing concepts.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, IT service management, or project management is an asset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, or SQL) is desirable.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Willingness to work on-site at project locations when required.
