About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our IT & Development Department. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within an infrastructure-based organization. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across software development, system integration, data management, and IT support functions that enable efficient project execution and business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of software applications and digital tools for business and project operations.

  • Support automation and digitization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across departments.

  • Participate in database design, data collection, and data analytics activities to aid decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the IT team in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise applications.

  • Contribute to the development and integration of dashboards, APIs, and reporting tools.

  • Gain exposure to ERP, BIM, GIS, and IoT systems used in infrastructure project environments.

  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and reports for developed or deployed systems.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technology-driven solutions.


Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline.

  • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).

  • Academic Criteria: Consistent academic performance with sound technical understanding.


Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or .NET Framework).

  • Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB).

  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Awareness of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, cybersecurity basics, and version control systems (Git/GitHub).
