About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our IT & Development Department. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within an infrastructure-based organization. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across software development, system integration, data management, and IT support functions that enable efficient project execution and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of software applications and digital tools for business and project operations.

Support automation and digitization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across departments.

Participate in database design, data collection, and data analytics activities to aid decision-making.

Collaborate with the IT team in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise applications.

Contribute to the development and integration of dashboards, APIs, and reporting tools.

Gain exposure to ERP, BIM, GIS, and IoT systems used in infrastructure project environments.

Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and reports for developed or deployed systems.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technology-driven solutions.
Qualifications & Eligibility:

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline.

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).

Academic Criteria: Consistent academic performance with sound technical understanding.
Technical Skills (Preferred):

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or .NET Framework).

Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB).

Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Awareness of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).

Knowledge of networking fundamentals, cybersecurity basics, and version control systems (Git/GitHub).
