ey Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for bridges, flyovers, ROBs, interchanges, and culverts.

• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and reports.

• Provide expert solutions to site-related structural issues during design and execution stages.

• Oversee daily work of the structural design team; mentor and support engineers.

• Coordinate with geotechnical, highway, survey, and construction teams.

• Represent structural discipline in internal and client meetings.

• Ensure compliance with IRC, IS, AASHTO, Eurocode, and organizational quality standards.

• Support tender design, technical proposals, and resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• 18+ years of experience in structural design for highway projects (bridges, flyovers, interchanges, major/minor structures).

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, RM Bridge, etc.).

• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (IRC, IS, AASHTO, Eurocode).

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing multi-disciplinary design coordination.
