1. Responsible for leading and managing 3–4 projects, ensuring effective control, monitoring, and timely completion
2. Strong knowledge of work sequencing (In Execution), planning, and scheduling using MSP or Primavera.
3. Expertise in cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost control.
4. Validate, adopt, and recommend optimal strategies for project execution to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Review and validate project planning and scheduling, identifying and highlighting potential slippages in timelines and costs.
6. Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders (HO, RO and Projects), defining what, when, where, and how much support is required to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
7. Review and validate claims such as CoS, CiL, EOT, and IPCs (including PA), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
8. Prepare and present project health reports (commercial and physical) along with corrective and preventive measures for time and cost optimization.

Note - 

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project execution (at least one project completed from initiation to demobilization as Planning Head), with the remaining experience in office-based roles. Currently handling at least two projects from the Regional Office (RO) or Head Office (HO).
