SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale railway construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. Serve as the strategic and operational head for all project functions from planning through commissioning.

Operational Coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and compliance.Ensure implementation of best practices in project management, construction methodologies, and quality standards. 35%
People Management Lead a multidisciplinary team including planning, engineering, procurement, execution, and commissioning personnel.Continuously evaluate project KPIs and implement corrective measures as needed. 15%
