SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role Lead and manage the complete execution of utility-scale solar power projects from planning through commissioning. Ensure adherence to cost, quality, safety, and timeline targets while managing stakeholder interfaces and regulatory compliance.

Qualification B. Tech (Civil)
M. Tech (Civil) / Post Graduation (Construction Management)

Strategic Provide strategic and operational leadership for execution of solar power projects (utility-scale ground-mounted or hybrid).  25%
Financial Management Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely completion. Ensure budgetary control and cost optimization without compromising quality and safety. 25%
Operational Coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and compliance. Ensure implementation of best practices in project management, construction methodologies, and quality standards. 35%
People Management Lead a multidisciplinary team including planning, engineering, procurement, execution, and commissioning personnel.Continuously evaluate project KPIs and implement corrective measures as needed. 15%
