| Financial Management | Monitor and validate wage disbursements to contract labor and ensure alignment with minimum wage laws, Help track contractor compliance costs and verify documentation for vendor payments, Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (ESIC, PF, etc.) to avoid financial penalties, Maintain data and MIS for cost-related statutory compliance reports and audits. | 25% | ||
