MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Plant & Machinery.
• Track equipment deployment, availability, utilization, idle hours, and breakdowns.
• Monitor BTC vs Actual manpower and machinery deployment.
• Generate cost reports covering fuel, spares, maintenance, rentals, depreciation, and repairs.

Data Management & Analysis

• Maintain accurate master data for all equipment (owned & hired).
• Analyze trends, variances, and exceptions; highlight deviations and risks to management.
• Support profit center / cost center reporting for P&M.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers.

Maintenance & Operations Support

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown history.
• Monitor equipment downtime and MTTR / MTBF.
• Coordinate with workshop, site, and operations teams for data validation.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure data accuracy, standard formats, and timely submissions from sites.
• Support internal audits, management reviews, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain documentation related to P&M MIS and approvals.

Systems & Automation

• Work on Excel-based trackers, Power BI / dashboards, ERP / SAP / SharePoint (if applicable).
• Drive MIS standardization and process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives for reporting and data consolidation.
