SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To support the on-site electrical execution of renewable energy projects such as solar by managing installations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical and safety compliance, and maintaining quality and progress records.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 2 + years in Electrical related works in Renewable energy projects.
Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from recognized institution.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Electrical Supervisor License, Solar system training certifications
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Knowledge of Solar PV Systems, HT/LT panels, Inverters, Transformers, Earthing, SCADA, Reading electrical SLDs, layout drawings, and installation manuals, Testing and commissioning processes for electrical systems, MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), familiarity with ERP tools, Understanding of relevant IEC, IS, CEA/CEIG standards and safety practices.

SECTION IV: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Understand the scope of electrical work and ensure its execution in alignment with technical drawings, safety norms, and renewable energy standards, Contribute to the implementation of efficient electrical execution strategies in coordination with senior engineers and managers, Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and renewable energy project specifications. 25%
Financial Management Track usage of electrical materials and components to control wastage and support cost efficiency, Assist in recording site measurements for billing purposes and contractor work validation, Provide inputs for material requirement planning and inventory consumption reports. 25%
Operational Execute and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including solar PV modules, string inverters, HT/LT panels, transformers, and SCADA systems, Monitor daily work progress and resolve technical issues in coordination with senior team members, Maintain DPRs, inspection checklists, and testing documentation for electrical systems, Enforce site safety and quality standards during execution of work. 40%
People Management Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for interdependent tasks. 10%
