Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of solar power plants to ensure maximum generation, availability, and compliance with contractual and regulatory benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time and historical plant performance using SCADA and PR tools.

• Analyze generation losses, availability, PR, and CUF; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Track inverter, string, and block-level performance and flag underperforming assets.

• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual performance reports for management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with O&M teams to resolve performance issues and validate improvement actions.

• Support grid curtailment analysis, weather normalization, and benchmarking.

• Ensure data accuracy, meter reconciliation, and compliance with PPA and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in performance audits, technical due diligence, and lender reviews.
