SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To ensure smooth project execution at the site level by facilitating timely statutory approvals, resolving local administrative and regulatory challenges, and maintaining strong coordination with local authorities, government departments and project teams.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 6 + years in Public Administration related works.
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration / Political Science / Law / Management or equivalent from a recognized university. Master’s preferred.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Certifications in Government Relations, RTI, Environmental Law, or Public Policy (preferred)
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Deep understanding of local governance and administrative systems, Working knowledge of environmental, forest, railway, or highway clearance procedures, Experience in land acquisition, utility coordination, and site-level regulatory compliance, Proficiency in drafting communications, applications, and field documentation, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of project MIS tools preferred.

SECTION IV: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Liaise with district/state authorities to secure project-related approvals and address administrative issues, Build rapport with local political and administrative bodies to maintain stakeholder confidence, Provide on-ground insights and risk assessments to Public Administration Head for decision-making, Support strategic relationship management with local community representatives and key influencers. 25%
Financial Management Track and manage site-level liaison and compliance-related expenses within allocated budgets, Ensure timely submission of challans, fees, and documentation related to permits, licenses, and utility connections, Maintain financial discipline in public administration spends, with proper documentation and audit trail. 25%
Operational Coordinate with local government offices (e.g., Tehsildar, Collectorate, Pollution Control Board) for clearances and support, Ensure availability of necessary licenses, permits, and NOCs for uninterrupted project activities, Resolve issues related to land disputes, utility relocation, and environmental site constraints, Maintain updated trackers, MIS reports, and approval logs for site operations. 40%
People Management Supervise and mentor field liaison staff for compliance and documentation accuracy, Support emergency responses in case of protests, agitations, or law-and-order situations. 10%
