| Purpose of Role | To ensure smooth project execution at the site level by facilitating timely statutory approvals, resolving local administrative and regulatory challenges, and maintaining strong coordination with local authorities, government departments and project teams. | |||
| SECTION III: JOB REQUIREMENTS | ||||
| Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) | 6 + years in Public Administration related works. | |||
| Qualification | Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration / Political Science / Law / Management or equivalent from a recognized university. Master’s preferred. | |||
| Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | Certifications in Government Relations, RTI, Environmental Law, or Public Policy (preferred) | |||
| Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Deep understanding of local governance and administrative systems, Working knowledge of environmental, forest, railway, or highway clearance procedures, Experience in land acquisition, utility coordination, and site-level regulatory compliance, Proficiency in drafting communications, applications, and field documentation, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of project MIS tools preferred. | |||
