  1. Preparation and submission of running account (RA) bills, final bills, and interim payment certificates (IPCs) in line with contract conditions.
  2. Ensure timely certification of bills by the client and follow up for approvals and payments.
  3. Preparation of supporting documents such as measurement sheets, abstracts, BOQ summaries.
  4. Reconciliation of quantities between client bills and subcontractor bills.
  5. Maintain updated records of subcontractor billing and payment status.
  6. Strong understanding of Railway project specifications.
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SAP / ERP, and MS Office tools.
