SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To drive region-level planning and monitoring across multiple project sites by ensuring alignment with corporate goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling timely decision-making through data-backed insights and performance tracking.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 5+ years of experience in similar role.
Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Post-graduation in Project Management or Construction Management is preferred.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Primavera P6 and/or MS Project certification, PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel (advanced level), Strong understanding of project lifecycle, WBS, and progress measurement systems, Proficiency in preparing S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and productivity dashboards, Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques, Analytical, communication, and coordination skills with multi-project handling capability.

Financial Management Analyze budgeted vs. actual cost data for regional projects and assist in financial forecasting, Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to ensure timely allocation of resources and fund utilization, Provide regular insights on productivity, cost performance, and operational efficiency for better decision-making, Monitor material and resource planning to minimize cost overruns and ensure alignment with financial plans. 25%
Operational Prepare, update, and track regional master schedules across multiple projects using tools like Primavera or MSP, Monitor key project milestones, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective measures proactively, Organize regional project review meetings and ensure timely submission of performance reports and dashboards, Support the digitization of planning tools and promote adoption of centralized monitoring systems across projects. 40%
