SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and monitoring of multiple projects by supporting data-driven decision-making and enabling timely execution within cost and quality parameters across the engineering & construction portfolio.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 10+ years of experience in a similar role
Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is preferred.
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Certified in Primavera (P6) and/or MS Project, PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (desirable)
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based dashboards, Knowledge of project lifecycle and contract conditions, Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques, Strong analytical and reporting skills, Ability to work with cross-functional teams under strict deadlines.

Strategic Assist in the development of standardized project planning and monitoring frameworks across sites to support organizational goals, Analyze project performance data to generate strategic insights for senior management and assist in mid-course corrections, Contribute to long-term resource planning and utilization forecasts. 20%
Financial Management Track project budgets and analyze variances between planned vs. actual expenditures, Coordinate with finance and project teams to ensure that planning aligns with cash flow and fund utilization forecasts, Support cost optimization through data-driven planning and reporting mechanisms, Assist in the preparation of monthly dashboards highlighting financial and operational KPIs. 25%
Operational Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (using Primavera/MSP) and ensure updates from site teams are regularly captured, Facilitate periodic project review meetings and prepare status reports for top management, Monitor progress and milestones against baseline schedules; flag deviations and recommend corrective actions, Facilitate periodic project review meetings and prepare status reports for top management. 40%
