SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role Lead and manage end-to-end execution of transmission and distribution projects including substations and overhead/underground lines. Ensure compliance, quality, safety, budget, and timelines while coordinating with regulatory authorities and clients.

Strategic Lead project execution for transmission lines (132kV to 765kV), substations, and distribution networks.  25%
Financial Management Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely completion. Ensure budgetary control and cost optimization without compromising quality and safety. 25%
Operational Define project strategy, schedules, budgets, and execution methodology. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Track progress through dashboards and ensure risk mitigation. 35%
People Management Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery.Continuously evaluate project KPIs and implement corrective measures as needed. 15%
