1. Prepare detailed construction methodology for structural works.
2. Coordinate with design consultants, project planners, client representatives, and internal teams.
3. Review IFC drawings, GFC drawings, and coordinate for timely issuance of working drawings.
4. Lead and manage execution of all structural works: (Pile foundations / Pile caps / Pier and pier caps / Segmental viaduct / PSC girders / U-Girders / I-Girders /OWG etc.)
5. Monitor daily progress and resolve site-related technical issues.
6. Ensure proper resource planning: manpower, materials etc.
7. Check quality of shuttering, reinforcement, concrete mix designs, and finishing works.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, Metro Rail standards, and contractual technical specifications.
9. Enforce strong safety culture as per project and statutory norms.
10. Assist in preparing RA bills, variation claims, and supporting documents.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
12. Maintain updated documents: drawings, approvals, checklists, inspection reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering for elevated metro projects.
• Expertise in segmental construction, girder launching, and heavy civil works.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
