- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and relevant ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) for all elevated metro works.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality management systems.
- Supervise all testing (cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, bitumen, soil, etc.) as per IS/ASTM standards.
- Conduct routine inspections
- Maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), CAR (Corrective Action Reports), and preventive action logs.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits—internal, client, third-party, and statutory.
- Coordinate with Client, Independent Engineer, General Consultant, and PMC teams.
- Conduct regular training programs for site engineers, supervisors, and laboratory technicians.
- Drive quality awareness, best practices, and continual improvement culture across the project team.
- Ensure project compliance with statutory requirements and environmental norms.
- Strong knowledge of IS/IRC/IRS/BIS/ACI codes & standards.
- Experience with QMS (ISO 9001), QA/QC documentation and audit processes.
