1. Operations Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily crusher operations to meet project material requirements (WMM, GSB, aggregates, manufactured sand, etc.).

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of aggregates aligned with construction schedules.

• Optimize plant capacity utilization and production efficiency.

• Coordinate with project execution, QA/QC, batching plant, and planning teams.

2. Production Planning & Control

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Monitor production vs. targets and analyze variances.

• Ensure compliance with approved mix designs and gradation requirements.

3. Maintenance & Asset Management

• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of crusher plants, screens, conveyors, and allied equipment.

• Coordinate with workshop and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Monitor wear parts consumption and control maintenance costs.

• Maintain equipment availability and reliability KPIs.

4. Quality Control

• Ensure aggregates meet MoRTH / IRC / project specifications.

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing, sampling, and approvals.

• Address quality non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

5. Cost & Commercial Control

• Control operational costs including fuel, spares, manpower, and consumables.

• Track cost per MT and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Support billing, internal transfer pricing, and reconciliation of production quantities.

• Ensure accurate MIS and reporting to HO / Project Management.

6. Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with mining permissions, pollution control norms, explosives (if applicable), and labor laws.

• Maintain statutory registers, approvals, and documentation related to crusher operations.

9. Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with Project Head, P&M, Stores, Commercial, and QA/QC teams.

• Prepare and submit daily production reports, downtime analysis, cost reports, and monthly performance summaries.

• Support audits and inspections
