Primary Function
- Ensuring contracts comply with legal and company policies.
- Drafting Contractual Correspondence, Managing contract amendments, changes, and extensions
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring fulfilment of obligations.
- Identifying risks and liabilities related to contracts.
- Drafting of SOC/SOD/Rejoinder for dispute matters, Coordinating with internal teams (Project Managers, Engineers, Finance) on contract-related activities .
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Setting KPIs to measure contract performance.
- Co-ordinate with various internal departments.
