- Plan, direct and control project execution from pre-construction to commissioning.
- Develop detailed execution plans, construction methodology and resource deployment strategy.
- Review design drawings, BOQs and ensure execution as per technical specifications and codes (IS/IRC).
- Lead coordination among Civil, Structural, MEP, and Finishing teams for integrated project delivery.
- Drive project scheduling and progress tracking using Primavera / MS Project.
- Manage contract administration, billing, variation claims and cost control effectively.
- Oversee procurement planning, vendor management and material logistics.
- Ensure zero deviation in quality and safety through rigorous QA/QC and EHS systems.
- Liaise with RLDA / IRSDC / Railway / PWD / MCD, Local Authorities for clearances and approvals.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and prepare management MIS reports and dashboards.
- Lead a large multidisciplinary project team with focus on performance, discipline and accountability.
