Key Responsibilities:Sourcing of Old Tender ResultsSystematically source and analyze results of previous tenders to benchmark performance and support bid strategy development.Maintain a comprehensive database of historic tender outcomes for reference and decision-making.

Monitoring of Forthcoming BidsContinuously track upcoming bids and tender announcements relevant to the organization’s operational scope.Alert and prepare internal teams on forthcoming bidding opportunities to maximize participation and success rates.

Tracking Tender Parameters at Pre-Tender StageReview and monitor critical tender parameters such as Qualification Requirements (QR), Technical Specifications (TS), and other bid conditions before tender release.Recommend suitable amendments and improvements to tender documents to align with company strategy and regulatory compliance.

Market Intelligence on Competitors & VendorsConduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand market dynamics, pricing trends, and vendor capabilities.Utilize market intelligence to advise senior management on strategic decisions and competitive positioning.

Policy AdvocacyAct as the primary liaison for policy advocacy and regulatory engagement with Ministry of Power (MOP), Central Electricity Authority (CEA), and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC).Represent the organization’s interests in policy formulation and regulatory frameworks impacting connectivity and transmission licensing.

Filing of PetitionsLead the preparation and filing of petitions for tariff adoption and transmission license approvals with CERC.Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are meticulously addressed to secure timely approvals.

Coordination for Connectivity AcquisitionCoordinate effectively with Central Transmission Utility (CTU), State Transmission Utilities (STU), and Private Operators to facilitate acquisition of necessary connectivity approvals.Resolve operational and procedural issues related to connectivity to ensure seamless project execution.

Collaboration with Other StakeholdersWork closely with other Solar Power Developers (SPD) and Transmission-Based Competitive Bidding Special Purpose Vehicles (TBCB SPV) to share scope, resources, and services wherever applicable.Foster collaborative relationships to optimize project outcomes and reduce redundancies.
