- End-to-end project management, execution, and delivery of elevated metro works.
- Prepare and monitor baseline schedule, target plans, and catch-up schedules.
- Ensure construction progress as per milestones, DPRs, and contractual timelines.
- Manage contract clauses, variation orders, claims, EOTs, and change management.
- Provide technical guidance on launching girder operations, segment erection, pier construction, pile foundations, station structural works, bearings, expansion joints, and metro-specific structures.
- Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC protocols
- Liaise with client, local bodies, and external agencies.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly progress, KPIs, productivity, DPRs, and MIS reports.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
