SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE | ||||
Purpose of Role | To support regional-level planning, quantity surveying, monitoring, and cost control functions across multiple infrastructure project sites within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines, budget controls, and contractual compliance. | |||
SECTION III: JOB REQUIREMENTS | ||||
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) | 5 + years of experience in similar role. | |||
Qualification | B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Postgraduate Diploma or certification in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying preferred |

Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) | Primavera P6 / MS Project (mandatory for senior levels), Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, NICMAR) – desirable | |||
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement | Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera/MSP), AutoCAD, and advanced Excel, Sound understanding of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and reconciliation, Strong knowledge of billing procedures, RA bills, subcontractor management, and contractual clauses, Familiarity with client specifications, CPWD/MORTH/Railways SOR formats (as applicable). | |||
