SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role To lead the end-to-end electrical execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project timelines, cost optimization, safety standards, and technical compliance with statutory and client requirements.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 10 + years in Electrical related works in Renewable Energy projects.
Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Electrical Supervisory License, CEIG / CEA Electrical Inspection Experience, Solar EPC/SCADA/Grid Training Certifications (preferred).
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement Expertise in Solar/Wind Electrical Systems (LT/HT/Extra HT), Testing & Commissioning of electrical components (Transformers, VCB, SCADA, Inverters, etc.), 
Behavioral Skills Requirement Information Seeking Analytical Decision Making Innovative Thinking Initiative
         
         
SECTION IV: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Drive the execution strategy for electrical works including switchyards, inverters, transformers, SCADA, grid connectivity and internal electrical distribution for renewable energy projects, Align project electrical activities with client specifications, corporate standards, and renewable energy regulations, Participate in technical evaluations, vendor selection, design reviews, and project risk assessments, Ensure grid compliance and coordination for power evacuation with DISCOMs and relevant authorities. 25%
Financial Management Prepare, monitor, and control project-specific electrical budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment of resources, Certify and validate electrical contractor bills, ensure alignment with work executed, Evaluate BOQs and track material usage to prevent excess consumption or shortages, Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of electrical equipment within budget. 25%
Operational Plan and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in renewable energy projects (e.g., Solar PV arrays, Inverters, HT Panels, RMUs, SCADA, Earthing), Maintain documentation for inspections, DPRs, checklists, test reports, grid synchronization certificates, etc, Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, civil, and mechanical teams for smooth execution of integrated project tasks, Conduct technical training for engineers and field staff to ensure competence in renewable energy systems, Handle interfaces with DISCOMs, LDCs, and other statutory bodies for approvals and synchronizations. 40%
People Management Lead the electrical team to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe work practices. 10%
